    I too was making an observation (wasn't a dig at 'ya!). Whenever Paris Hilton rocks some heavy cleavage someone always claims she's visited a surgeon, even if photos from ealier in the day prove otherwise and is also followed by the 'razzi 24/7. It's pretty much the same with any celeb.

    As for the before and after photos, the one in pink was when she was about 16, she hasn't been on TV for donkey's years and she's had a kid since. Womens body shapes (especially tits) can change over the course of months let alone years. O'Brien had smaller tits in razzi photos taken the night before, and if you look at her right tit you can see the padding of that dress squeezing out. Cleavage isn't difficult to achieve regardless of how small they really are.

    They looked just as big when she was in FHM five years ago when she was still in Coronation St and hadn't had a kid ;)

    That first pic is really old, she was really young in it, teens? so thats why tits aren't fully developed. Growning up and also having a kid is a sure fire way to increase your cup size. ask pretty much anyone who has had a kid.
