  2. Our gif only content threads have a rule where all thumbs must be posted as a static thumbnail that does not play. Currently imagebam made a change where they no longer produce static thumbs. Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    evil jin, you're not going to like to hear this but the way things stand right now, unless you have your own "watermark" on those clips, and/or you are the site owner/photographer, you have no legal right to them, and they can be reposted at will. Granted, Brovar is obviously snagging your goods for his own benefit, and I don't agree with it. I actually think it's blatant, and obnoxious but as long as they're upped to a mirror site, we currently have no rules against doing so.

    I've been out for a couple of days, so if there are extenuating circumstances to this matter that I'm not aware of, I apologize.

    Another note in relation to this issue. This thread is not an open forum for you two to hash out your differences. Do it via PM, and when shit comes to a head, or you can't reach an agreement on something post it here.
    The thread title is Forum Issues, not personal issues. ;)

    If a video is already posted I have it in a higher resolution will it be considered a repost? I dont see a rule about this with videos but as I understand it's allowed to post higher res versions of already posted pics.
