Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     That's the point. I actually didn't woke up and thought: I want to quit. I just know I have to, especially after a serious talk with my dentist today. :(

    I've quit before for a little over a year. If you do whatever you do don't start back. It's harder to quit the 2nd time than it is the first. You've got to make up your mind that you want to and not that you're just doing it because it's good for you. If you don't you won't quit.
