"Good afternoon Ladies and Gentleman from the Flight Deck. Current weather in XXX is presently 1 mile in blowing snow, ceiling 2000 feet. however we do value your business and are presently 105 miles back from XXX and should be making an approach in 35 minutes. Sit back, relax and if there is anything we can do to make your ride more comfortable please do not hesitate to ask our Flight Attendants"

"When was the last time you were in XXX? Landing lights operational? Shelly (FA) is looking great today isn't She. I heard She broke up with Bob. Can you radio XXX for the latest weather.
