    In America, we celebrate a couple Holidays called Christmas and New Years which fall between Dec 25 and Jan 1. Many people, especially ones with money, like to vacation during these holidays. And those people like to go to warm places which have areas near the water called beaches. And when people go to the beaches, they wear those things called bikini's that you're inquiring about. :p
