    So on the nutritional information how much of the carbohydrate are sugar :p

    They did a survey of the leading Australian cereals and found that out of the 60 surveyed only four had acceptable amounts of sugar fat and salt :2cent:

    I'm 5 feet, 9 inches tall, weigh 150 pounds. I take a dedicated 5 mile walk every day (when I'm well). I don't give a shit about nutritional facts. I burn off every carb and calorie I consume. ;)
