    Her music was pure pop crap, but she was extremely famous. Then she divorced her producer/husband and she becomes nobody? Seems like some money-hungry record company would snatch her right up.

    Her music was pretty good pop mixed with some country touch, was not crappy at all, at least in terms of pop. If you have heard her last recordings, you must know that her voice was totally gone. Probably the main reason of her disappearance in the past years. But she's preparing a new album for this year. :banana:

    I agree with elturko, and I might even add that Shania's Woman In Me is some of the best work ever done by any female artist. Simply a brilliant record. Of course big credit goes to her ex, but still.
