    Three different versions of the same picture were posted by Rock Mafia on Twitter (@Rock_Mafia) on March 20, 2011. The first one was uploaded to TwitPic and the last two were uploaded to Plixi.

    Miley Cyrus is set to bring her music on an International Concert Tour this year! The 2011 tour will begin in Quito, Ecuador on April 29, 2011 at Estadio Olimpico Atahualpa then Miley will head to a show in Lima, Peru on May 1, 2011 at Explanada del Monumental.

    Those are the only two dates of the tour that have been confirmed so far, but many more tour dates are expected to be announced soon!

    Although, according to a source Miley will most likely not be bringing the new concert tour to any venues in the United States. Bummer!

    That's why Miley returned to twitter, and tweeted from the account of her record producers, Rock Mafia. she tweeted "This is my new way to connect," she wrote. "When I need to speak out I will tweet from @Rock_Mafia Rock Mafia Forever xMC." Miley being 18 now she sure to be in even more scantley clad outfits than the outfits she had at those 2010 european concerts. Most notably At Rock in Rio music festival in Arganda del Rey, Spain 6/6/10 HERE & HERE or At G-A-Y Heaven in London 6/6/10 HERE, HERE, and HERE. The paps need to be on stand by, and have those batteries in their cameras fully charged for those possible ass shots, wardrobe malfunction shots, camel toe shots, and nipple slip shots.     I'm trying to keep my expectations at bay in case she suddenly decides she's been slutty enough in 2010. But deep down inside I'm seriously thinking I need to reserve a significant portion of my day on April 30 and May 2 to jerk it to her performances.
