    Really, it's more like if Disney latches onto you and you can halfway carry a tune, they'll use it to make even more money off you. Nickelodeon is playing catch up, like they have been for years, and copying Disney's playbook, so they've adapted the approach of manufacturing stars in their shows and then farming them out into other projects.

    All in all though, Victoria's one of the better singers of the crop of kiddie show actors. Certainly better than Miranda Cosgrove, whom I adore but cringe every time Nickelodeon puts on one of her songs.
