Definitely not. Her hair ends about an inch or two above the supposed areola slip.

It's obviously a shadow being thrown by her hair by the stage lights above.

 

I chalk it up to shadow.

That's obviously areola. You can even see the nipple there, too.

 

I don't think it is, that is some BIG AREOLA if it is.

Are you for real? You belong to a nude celebrity forum, so I would have thought you'd seen a breast before. Well, serves me right for assuming, I s'pose.

As much as I want it to be areola, it's too high up on her boob (but areola can be that big). What's happening is that, while scrunching over, the very top of the "bra" of her dress is digging into her boob, indenting it slightly, and causing a shadow-effect because the stage lights directly above her are not lighting where the boob is indented. It's like someone is pressing their finger on the boob and indenting it.

EDIT: It could also be very thin nipple tape, because, if you look at the bottom of her other boob, you see the exact same color.

 

you see the exact same color elsewhere because it is the shadow created by her hair, just like the shadows on her arm.

 

It's hard to tell, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was. It sorta looked like her boobs were about to pop in that dress.
