It the shadow of her hair, the same as on her right arm. The same shadow which is also on her cleavage and the lower right side of her left tit. Believe whatever you want to see, I couldn't give a shit either way. Damn, I caused a lot of arguments. lol I think it's her nipple. I think half of her areola fell out of the dress and the dress is pushing on it, pushing it towards her other breast. And it's not that her areola is huge, her breasts are just small and so she can show off cleavage, her breasts are being pushed together, which is why the areola seems to be pushed so far out and not in the dress.

Thanks for posting some screen caps. She wore the same shirt and necklace in the top two pics to a different event but unfortunately she wore a bra...... I still have never seen any other photos from the SBTV interview other than screen caps.
