I understand your point, but I disagree with it. Aside from Kim K, who has actually advanced their career from a scandal like this? And you really can't compare the Paris Hiltons and Kim Kardashians of the world to these other actresses, because, well, Paris and Kim were literally famous for no reason prior to their sex tapes. They're socialites, and of the two of them, only Kim turned it into any sort of career. Paris was already making handbags or whatever the fuck she does to "earn" her money nowadays.

And I really don't think the actresses being victimized care about a scandal. I think they care about the world seeing their private photos. Would you want everyone seeing your bits? I doubt it. We all understand that they probably shouldn't put themselves in a situation like that, but remember that they have a horny boyfriend begging them for it on the other end. How many dumb fucking things have you done for the girl you like or love? Exactly.

I think the point of these hackers releasing the pics to coincide with a movie or show is simply to rain on their parade. It's not about scandal, it's about ruining their day.

 

And also demanded that they not be posted anywhere.

If they aren't her, what right does her agent have to restrict the publishing of pictures of someone else? The fact that a demand was made is a little suspicious.

 

Miley's camp did the same thing when her hotel nude came out earlier this year. And it worked, because now people actually believe it wasn't really her.

I'll never understand why an agent ever admits that nude photos of their client are real. As we can all see, about 75% of the dudes that will see the pics automatically believe they're fake, so why not just feed that skepticism?

 

Why doesn"t someone contact Leo and ask him to describe his new girlfriends fake boobs?

Actually, now that I think about it, it could be brilliant: The initial denial of this will get a few more days out of this scandal and more publicity.

Scandal breaks.
1) Deny pictures are of Blake.
2) Controversy builds, pic of Blake using same phone comes out.
3) Admission that it is her, say phone was hacked
4) Few more days of scandal blaming it on the "phantom" hacking group.

Do you recall the outfit that Blake wore to Comic Con when they announced GL? This is not a woman that is ashamed of her body or unafraid to show it off.

The "scandal" here is to generate box office for Green Lantern in an extremely cheap method. You don't have to buy ad time, and you have all the major blogs discussing you and getting your name and movie out there.

Like it or not, Blake Lively is not a household name and this is one of her first major film roles. Just like Jessica Biel had topless pics, just like Alyssa Milano went topless in that vampire movie, etc. etc. it's a way to break out of TV and solidify a position as a film actress. (Or in Milano's case, break typecasting as a child actor and get roles in TV, although I'm sure their initial plan was to get into movies)

 

To be honest, I have no idea. I've circled a few marks which seem to correspond to marks on other pictures of her, but who knows? Am I simply looking for things to circle in the right area? If I have to decide, I'm leaning towards it being her, but I'd understand others not agreeing (no need to flame me!). All I will say is that wherever there is a circle, there really is something there, though it may require zooming in and squinting very hard.
