    I don't know if it is the law here, but here no self respecting duck hunter shoots them on the water.....only in flight. But Inuk situation may be different. Also here with the large bodies of water, shoot low is dangerous with a rifle.....bullet skips along the water and take out another hunter a half mile away!

    there is not much water here right now Thore, I wouldn't shoot them if they were in water for fear of the bullet skipping.

    Have not shot a 22 in almost 40 years and not sure just where my Remington, single shot, bolt action rifle is anymore......probably one of my older brothers has it....:D

    Yep....could nail an old fashion 6 ounce greet coke bottle at 100 yards in my younger days before my eyes went bad! And all my squirrel shots were head shots, too. Well, with one exception.....shot one in the ass with a hollow point.....never did that again! :lol:

    Yeah....there was no exit wound.....total shrapnel that made a real mess of his innerds....and he was full of rancid acorns too! After I opened him up, I barfed and had to throw him away.......and I was raised to dress/eat what you shoot. :shock:
