    when a post gets totally deleted because of DMCA what happend if someone make a new post with the same content, does it gets automatically deleted? or you wait until the website contact with the forum again?

    There's no "automatic deletion", so I presume the new post will remain until or unless it's spotted again. However, I suspect that the site owner (cayne) technically (in law) might be deemed slightly more culpable the second time around, having "permitted" the re-posting of content he's already been notified to delete?
