    It's so easy to just pick out the pics where she's blinking because of a bazillion strobes going off. Anybody who thinks these and just these kind of pics aren't released on purpose can't be helped.

    She might be no angel and I don't even find her attractive or like her very much, but I would trust this girl more than all of those fucking magazines, reporters, pappz and all those self-righteous assholes.

    btw. I did shoots with some pretty amazing women by now. If I'd show you some of the outtakes and just these, you might think they were on crack!

    This shit makes me angry.

    Look at the shots with her eyes open...she is either drunk or doped out.

    I can see a possble pap scam on the blinking shots..but the eyes open ones...sorry no way...its a no-brainer.

    At least Britney Spears had 1 parent who cared enough to take the reins (albeit late in the game) and get rid of the leech 'friends' and straighten her out, this girl has NOTHING. She's for all intents and purposes a shell of what she might have been with just a tiny bit of guidance and/or help. And for those apologists who say that you can't tell from the pictures whether she's drunk or stoned or both... use Occam's razor combined with her KNOWN past... the conclusion you will come up with is obvious. I feel sorry for the child who never grew up and now probably won't have a chance to, however she IS an adult and should be held to account for her present actions, not that even the legal system is going to do that as long as she's in Hollywood and has ANY bankable value at all.
    It's a shame.

    to be honest, it just looks like she can't see a damn thing with all the flash bulbs. btw, she's legal to drink since she's not going to be tested for it. she did her time, she can do what she wants. she does have over 400 hours of community service to do.
