    I think Natalie Portman, Keira Knightley and sometimes Emma Watson are the only young starlets that can pull off having the short hair. Just my opinion though. But I def wouldn't say no to Dakota if I ever had the chance :)

    To be fair, it wouldn't matter to me if Dakota had long hair or short. She has a very plain face, nothing pretty about her at all.

    In my opinion, of course. I'm sure others will disagree, as beauty is always in the eye of the beholder.

    Granted I still think she looks hot but it just hit me, she reminds me of Younger, less attractive version of Anne Heche when she has short hair. Course Anne Heche is another celeb I think looks good with short hair compared to others.

    She's got an above average bod, but the whole underage celeb thing is taking her a lot farther with most guys than she really deserves. If she was just some random chick we passed on the street, and not Dakota Fanning, I believe most guys MIGHT turn around to check her out, but would forget about her a few minutes later. She was a cute kid, but her looks are only average at best now. Her sister Elle is still cute and there is hope for her when she grows up maybe.
