    Umm what makes you think they are implants? She got pregnant very early while she was still 16 I think, so she was developing as all 16 year girls tend to do. And with her having a kid her boobs got even bigger. Look at Miranda Kerr and how big her boobs got and she wasn't even a teen. Not to mention, Jaime vanished out of the spot light when she was pregnant til now pretty much. So you can't say they are fake.
