    I was there too and got her autograph and I also was there for her photo op. I got a nice professional portrait-style picture of her and I. She actually put her hand on my bare arm for the photo! Yes she is tiny, a real spinner, but she looks hotter in person. I'm not a fan of her short hair, especially when it's pulled back, but when she looked at me and smiled I nearly fainted!

    As for what she was charging for an autograph, I think it's unfair that some have singled out her. Thirty dollars was actually cheaper than most famous people there. Most were charging $40, Shatner was even charging $80.

    A fee for an autograph in a convention setting makes sense. It keeps the lines more thin, deters people who might get an autograph just to sell on eBay, etc.

    By the way, I'm over 6'1, so I towered over her. And I'm 36, and have an athletic physique so I'm probably just her type!

    That is a reasonable excuse for charging. I just wish/hope it went to charity in most cases because paying money to meet a person just feels...I guess like they are supposed to be better than others.
