    i am okay.
    just made serious changes in my life... letting the dust settle.
    I told my best friend.. that I think my life would be best without her.
    and she didn't take kindly to that (that was hard to do)
    but I really think its time to say goodbye to bad bindings and to move forward freshly only allowing positive influences into my life.

    I will adapt .....it is best.

    also the pain in my neck near my spine persists..but I believe the deep breathing and light stretching will help it at some point.
    Gonna keep trying.... if anything I will turn to Tai Chi or something before I turn to modern medicine for healing
