    you know - i did know that - but i never know when it's on. plus - as a side note - isn't it a bit hard to give her a proper :wank: on the show, when all of a sudden... BAM ! on comes the 1/4 ton woman when you're not ready for it? that's what made it tough to :wank: when Jillian Michaels was on it for me. at least with this shot, you can give her a salute as she is doing for the military.

    That's actually quite true. A good selective video edit might fix those undesirable moments. Anna was doing some nice squats in tight pants in a recent episode. I think it's on Tuesday nights at 8 PM Eastern but don't quote me on it.
