    okay... clearly i wasnt being a dick in my previous post. i even complemented her, it was a simple question... thank you flippy for the simple answer... im not quite sure why you other users are having sand in your vaginas about this. i could care less what country you are from or what the rules are in your respective countries, i simply thought it was a WEBSITE RULE not a US RULE
