    I literally turn off the car, reach to the left side of the dashboard where the fuse door is off, and pull the fuse and leave it on the seat. I get back in the car and plug the fuse back in before starting it.

    hey PM, why not just put an inline switch in there at the fuse. That way you flip/push a switch, much easier (never lose that tiny fuse)and more convenient for about $2.00
