    This is wrong. There's not really any other way to put it. Breasts are just deposits of fat, and when a woman gains weight, more fat can be deposited there. This doesn't work for all women, but that's because every person is different. It's the same reason why some people have "problem areas" and can't make a particular body part look how they want regardless how hard they work at it.

    Breast size, not chest size, can even change when a woman is starting/on her period. My girlfriend goes up at least a half cup size every single month. It's going to be more noticeable with a smaller-chested woman, too.
