    Couple differences though. Nicole Kidman is Australian and therefore probably doesn't the American hangups about sex and whatnot. Also, that was the 80's when everyone was getting naked when they were starting out as opposed to now where every actress, no matter how big a star they are, invokes non-nudity stances and demands scenes be cut or body doubles if the scene can't/won't be cut. Not to mention how the increased pressure to make sure kids stay out of R rated movies that studios try to get everything cut down to PG-13 whenever possible, which means blood and boobs are far less prevalent in movies in general.
