    I love when actresses haven't been in the spotlight for a while so they do red carpets(which is GREAT!)
    But on the 4th pic you can see in her face she wants to make sure that the pic shows her see-thru skirt to her black panties... just about a racy as she wanted to get.

    Now the best thing would have been to NOT where any underwear... that would have got her name back into tabloids. :)

    Start watching Pretty Little Liars, friend. She isn't on it every week, but she's definitely not outshone by Lucy Hale. (On the other hand, Troian Bellisario is way hotter than whoever plays her mother, ditto with Ashley Benson and Laura Leighton.)
