    I wonder if the DVD has a section like this:

    Now everybody, we've come to the most crucial section of the workout: First you have to have a least a few thousand dollars in your bank account! Next, a copy of the yellow pages handy! Now, look under "cosmetic surgery", not "plastic surgery", they don't prefer to be called that.....

    Such a shame what child birth does to the body. She's now got that leathery stomach thing going on. But, I suppose that could also be the result of imperfect plastic surgery.
