    If that is a fake they did their homework, the size/quality makes it a little dificult to tell for sure. The neck/chin line on the right side looks a little too blury to me as well as the neck to head ratio seems off, but the tilt of her head makes this a little harder to judge. Leaning towards real, hopefully more show up soon.

    those are still post reduction sorry to say , as i said check out fear and loathing in las vegas you can see they were twice that size . problem is she got the reduction . THEN lost a ton of wieght so they flattened out after that
