Yes, benefiting uploaders means we get more time to upload more things... I was one click away from a whole YEAR at Hotfile but if those plunkers are gonna flag and remove files then I don't want one more DAY with them cuz that isn't worth it.

I will do my best to provide where ever we go.

 

No, Phun management hasn't decided yet whether to add depositfiles at this time. So you can hold off your low-quality desi videos that probably have been posted here already. :roll:

 

DF is very bad host

 

My antivirus is now "red flagging" DF as a dangerous site and I can't dl from them now - the site can't be closed with the red X button - I have to go to the Task Manager to shut it down.

Of course, this is just what's happening to me.

What about MegaShare? Speed for free user is from 500 kb/s to 1 mb/s oO

 

Well like I said, adding Depositefiles isn't enough - at least 2 or 3 new filehosts should be added... especially the latest news about Hotfile:

I would say big no to Depositfiles. I am unable to download even small 30~80mb files. Speed is horrendous, and then it usually times out within 2 minutes. At first I thought it was my ISP, but I soon learned that I had the same issue when trying from different locations (i.e. different ISPs). Never cared for them before, but now it is just impossible to dl anything from them. Right now Rapidshare is the best because the speeds are not that bad, connections are consistent, and it doesn't drop. Next in line I would say would be Hotfile or Oron, the rest are usually just junk.

 

Approve! It's the only host that will work for me right now. Everything else is either gone or takes 14 hours to download

NETLOAD is now getting my vote... my Hotfile accounts are gone, they are running scared and I guess I don't blame them but still. This whole crackdown on copyright thing is getting ridiculous.

 

Honestly I think Hotfile needs to be removed as a host and Depositfiles, along with a couple of others, need to be added. I would NOT recommend netload, absolutely horrendous speeds for free users. I've only downloaded a couple of files from them, but as a free user never seem to get over 50kbs for a download speed.

Honestly at this point, I would recommend a section for Torrent files. The programs needed to download are free, and there are several trackers out there available. This is the route I've been getting most of my porn lately as it is. Free download programs and really good download speeds, if the uploader does his part and seeds until a few people have completely downloaded the file, you can get a 1-2 GB file downloaded in a matter of minutes if it's properly seeded.

With most of the filehosts still out there, you'd get another FileSonic situation where the forum is flooded with re-posts by cash spammers not caring about the fact that their file is already actively shared on this forum because most of the hosts still active have a cash incentive for uploading and quite honestly it's been real nice coming to this forum and not have to search through 20+ pages since my last visit to find the small handful of posts that are actually of good quality. It's nice to only have to go back 2 or 3 pages and most of the posts are of quality content instead.

 

my 2 cents: gotta say, I've been using a lot of filefactory and extabit lately and I'm very pleased with the speeds. netload is a viable option too, in my book. although not quite as reliable as the former two.

Other than the fact that they are likely on the verge of closing like Megaupload and FileSonic, then I guess there's really nothing wrong with them. Well that and the fact that most of the content posted here with Hotfile is gone within 2 days because Hotfile deletes the content. In case you haven't been keeping up:

IMO, I would say it's only a matter of time before Hotfile no longer exists as well at least in terms of file sharing. They may go the route of Filesonic and simply disable downloading unless you were the person who uploaded the content. Or they could go the route of megaupload and completely shut down. Either way I say the likelihood is high that Hotfile will be going down the tubes in the near future.

 

Ive been with Depositfiles since 2008....Their support is good but I heard that they had their share of problems with sudden increase of traffic to them....

but don't go for oron....it will bring top level spamming bots here....

 

I have no idea what host is good or bad anymore. All of the major forums are on depo and oron, which means long wait times but at least you get the flick.

As far as spamming goes, the members and mods can keep that in check, b/c if somebody posts Porn Movie A then that posts represents Porn Movie A for a week when you can top post it.

99% of the hosted content has been wiped out here and if you search you will find pages and pages of deleted FS content, so almost any post is now a new post.

As of this minute depo and oron seem to be the only hosts holding content, extraabit, turbobit, letitbit and the rest of the russian hosts are useless. File Factory is a minefield, trying to find the actual link on the page, and even with mozilla you get live jasmine and streamate.
