    I am thinking about making a smoothie for lunch.....how about fat and sugar free yogurt, blueberries, strawberries, bananas, an apple and a touch of skim milk......that should do it! :yumyum:

    The smoothie is good....I think next time though I will use apple juice instead of skim milk and not the apples....the apples gives the smoothie a bit of a strange texture....but it tastes good. :D
