    You just described almost everyone in Hollywood. Everything is staged there. Otherwise these actresses wouldn't be fame whores and content in being the viewer (sitting on some chair or couch) and not the viewed.

    And to me she doesn't look unhealthy thin, but instead totally in shape. Common sense tells me, she's also growing out of her baby fat stage. ;)
