    True, that's why I shrug when some people are offended that Farrell is in this film, but had no problem with Arnold in the original. I say that as someone who liked the original. But it's not the great film some make it out to be. It's ridiculously over the top, and filled with bad acting, bad dialogue, and corny one-liners. Fun film? Yes! Great filmmaking? Not even close. So I don't find it a sacrilege to do another film based off the same source material, and using the Total Recall name.

    I know Farrell's past is a seedy one. Maybe that's why some do not like him.
