Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     OK. I looked it up. Warfarin is a blood thinner to prevent clotting, and to smooth things out if there IS an existing clot. The dosing is very touchy. Most U.S. people know it as Coumadin.

    Dad took coumadin as he had total congestive heart disease...i.e. all of the blood vessels in his heart were significantly restricted.

    My mom is on coumadin. It's a very delicate balancing act maintaining her blood at a level where it's not too thin that the clots on her heart enter her blood stream. That's what caused the trouble with her leg last fall.
