    One thing i have to say to my American friends:

    It`s good to have a health care system that mostly works.
    Last year i have done a lot of tests ... including some advanced x-ray, a shit load of blood tests and stuff,
    without getting broke.
    ... just for info !;)

    I have had many very expensive medical procedures done over the past 30 years or so and it was affordable for me. The current American medical system works for many, but we need to do something to make it work for much more of our citizens......without bankrupting the country.

    I am not interested in getting into a debate over this, but there are reasons why the cost of American medical services are so high.....addressing primary factors causing the cost to be so high would go a long way in lowering the cost and making the services more affordable.
