    It is....and you should go see at least one of these type drags if you ever get the chance.

    The dragsters (cars) called top fuel, burn Nitro-methane also.....about a 600 cubic inch V-8 engine...they say the put out about 8,000 horsepower. :shock: and believe me, they are the loudest thing you will ever hear short of a jet fighter fully whined out. :yup:

    Many years ago, I stood about 25 feet away from a fueler that was being tuned after engine reassembly.....my God....thought my sternum was going to pop out of my chest!

    They do blow up fairly regularly.....and the engines are totally broken down and rebuilt after every run.....the run last only about 4 seconds....they go from a standing start to well over 300 MPH in just 1,000 feet. Talking about the top fuel dragsters. Not sure about the bikes, but rest assured, they are faster than any other bikes on earth. ;)
