    Really the only bad times are when it gets really warm. Most of the old folk think that if I give it a little while it start working. So by the time I'm called there's really not a whole lot of choices. It's just a matter of driving 30 minutes to assess and make a phone call. Rarely is it catastrophic, thank God! That's pretty good since the larger building is almost nine years old, and 57 units.
