    don't know about the rest of Europe.. but I have heard that some happened here in Sweden. Not on a regular basis though.

    Here in the Netherlands have been 2 drive in's, first one opend in July 1969 and the second 10 years later. In the first one the last movie was played in 1994 and the second was open till 2001
