Howdy Throbbn.

 

well our Fuel Manager resigned there pm. he was living in a very nice 1 bedroom apartment. it's in a duplex but another Manager and his Wife are super quiet and great Neighbors my Fuel Manager Friend told me. so when he was moving out I talked with my New Boss. told him I wasn't comfortable in my current apartment, too many memories. so I asked if I could move, he told me no problem.

so I started moving in on Saturday. moved some clothes and food over. I still have to move my TV and TV stand over though. so that will be a chore. this Apartment is already furnished, has dishes & cookware, and a nice bed! so I'm good there.

I had a wicked day at work too. we had our weekly Managers Meeting this morning at 7am. gave my 5 minute bit. my Boss, new President has been around for about a month now. anyway, after the meeting was done he asked to see me in his Office, I was like "what did I do?"

he told me he was going to be out of town on Monday at our next scheduled meeting and does not want to defer the important meetings til the next day, so he wants me to Chair the next Meeting on Monday on his behalf and present a couple items.

ossum. I told him of course I would do that for him!

I'm okay. I wish the weather would break so I could get out and exercise more. Unlike Vegas, Phoenix remains hot well after sundown. At 10 tonight it will still be 106. The Sonora is quite a bit more humid than the Mojave so it holds it's heat pretty well.

my old apartment was a 2 bedroom apt. but older and in an industrial area, our Main Garage was right next door so it was noisy. plus upstairs was noisy! they partied a lot. they still do.

now I'm in a duplex, single level house. single bedroom in a residential area of town. much quieter. it is farther from the Airport, but I have a work truck so I don't pay for the gas. plus the Neighbors are so kind, very nice older couple.
