Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    When I was about 12 yo I tore my rotor cuff in my left shoulder....I will flare up from time to time and takes about a weeks to settle back down. I had to give up racquetball when I was 40 due to deterioration of my right elbow....hammering, sawing, or anything thing involving vibration or shock will cause it to become aggravated/inflamed. Shoulders and elbows are my only structural physical issues. Just born that way....:lol:

    I have gone thru some ibuprofen and naproxen sodium in the past week...;)
