It's called being a paparazzi who got tipped off that she's SMOKING WEED IN A CAR IN BROAD DAYLIGHT and then took pictures of her car because it's newsworthy. Do you have any idea how much TMZ paid for those pics? He probably made a few thousand bucks EASILY for just a half-day's work.

 

Police didn't ask for her license, that's why she didn't get impounded.

As for smoking - she is still conducting illegal behavior in the car when she's been shown to be a terrible driver. If she disregards the law so much that she's smoking up in a car in broad daylight breaking MULTIPLE laws (DUI, possession, etc) then she's probably texting while driving too which in her state of mind is incredibly dangerous.

If she's smoking up in the car, I wouldn't doubt she's been drinking in the car too. She lacks BASIC COMMON SENSE.

 

Is this bitch broke? Take your car through a car wash and get the interior done. Holy shit I'd be mortified if my car looked like that.

 

Except the fact that the person is high. High as in not a clear frame of mind. Slow reflexes, short attention span, and less focus power means excellent drivers. Right?

Don't just bring up some little study and forget to back it up with facts. Tell me how they did this study. Who took part in it? Were the sober drivers they studied already horrible drivers to begin with?

Because cops NEVER give a person a break, right?

 

Think for a moment this is LA. Police have more to do than pull over has been dope smoking actresses. The average LAPD officer 2 person team responds to 50 incidents in an 8 hour shift, and there are thousands of them on the streets. LA is rife with crime, petty and grand. The only reason police EVER show up to a famous pretty actress incident is the papps taking the pics call it in b/c they will make more money. These pics earned one papp $20,000-50,000 for several days of stalking her. Lohan papps made $100,000 when she was crashing cars and they were calling it in.

Everybody has to make a living, no matter how salacious.

 

Here's my question:

We've seen Lohan's decline. It's been a slow roll down a hill for the last 8 years.

Bynes, it seems like it's a sudden drop off a cliff from an actress who could conceivably get regular work in TV even if the movie career wasn't that great. What happened? What made her go off the deep end? Or was it just the coverage from the initial DWI that magnified this behavior?

Part of me wants to say this is some sort of River Phoenix-esque parody on Lohan's decline.

 

The paps need to leave this girl alone. Sure, smoking weed and driving isnt the best idea, but lets not blow this out of proportion. Is anyone aware of how many people drive around fucked up on benzos and opiates? A little weed is the last thing I'm worried about when there are drunks all over the road and pill poppers half asleep at the wheel.

This poor girl takes a hit off her bowl and its national news....so sad!

 

It is commonly referred to as "blood in the water" for sharks. The papps always need a bad girl. I like her, a lot. I think she needs to sit down with somebody and go over this crap. Try to remember in all this, 40% of all teenager's in most countries admits they have smoked pot, another 40% lie about it because they don't want their parents to know, and 20% can't get any because everybody knows they are goofy and would probably snitch while on a freaked out pot high.
