Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     My guess is the Florida sun is a little hotter than the Michigan sun....due to the lesser angle from perpendicular....that may explain our slightly different perspective. :lol:...and I don't like the glare we have here on sunny days....hurts my baby blues...:rofl:

    tough day. went to Court. I was told to go back tomorrow at 9:30am. so I went back to work.

    turns out they called her up early. she plead guilty. they asked for 1.5 years. judge gave her 15 months with credit for 2 months served, she'll serve 9 months.

    she is in custody now. damn.

    I wish I was there but it's dealt with now.

    if it was just my arm it would be one thing Thore. but I was hit in my chest too. and I was told it was within a centremeter or closer to my heart.

    my chest healed up but it was the nerve damage to my hand that isn't fully healed yet. I don't have full mobility in my index finger or thumb yet, could take up to a year to heal. if not more.

    I knew jail time was a real outcome. I just didn't know how long.

    I was under the impression the trial wouldn't go ahead til tomorrow at 9:30am there pm. which is why I went to work. but they called her up early and the Crown did not call me. which really made me mad.

    but it's done now. nothing I can do about it. she is in remand now and waiting to be sent out.
