    Any of you gearheads? I'm trying to diagnose my car...it's making a clicking noise whenever the AC or heat is on...google seems to be indicating it's a blowermotor or something...

    Also, some cars tend to run the AC with the heater if you have selected the defrost mode. Have you been doing that? If the change in fan speed does not change the rate of the clicking, then find the AC compressor and listen to that....maybe use the old screwdriver trick....put the blade of the driver on the compressor and put your ear over/on the handle end. If the compressor is clicking, it will isolate that noise and send it up the screwdriver and you will clearly hear it...i.e.,,,the source is the compressor.

    If the compressor is not clicking and the clicking does not change speed with heater/AC fan speed, then I am clueless at this point.

    It was worse for me when I worked for the local government.....they tracked all internet sites visited.....no social, travel, porn, etc. sites allowed at all....people were fired.

    Don't get me wrong, I'm happy I get to do what get to do. I do have to admit though, I miss Phun. And btw, it you see those links on FB why the hell are you not speaking?

    It's great to see you too Inuk :). Yep, it's busy at work but lukily for the next week or so I should be at a lull, just break 'n fix items till the next few things come up. How about you? The last time I saw you around you had more to do than you could deal with.
