    He wasn't able to control his eating. He "only weighed" about 280 at its worst, and he lost some of that weight, but he couldn't summon up the power to keep losing weight.

    I feel another surge of determination coming.....I also want to investigate this "gluten thing" as I may want to try a gluten free diet for at least three months.....I am also getting tired of quick and easy meals....they tend to also be note the most health meals.....we shall see.

    Even with his wife as a dietician, he'd sneak Doritos and stuff like that. I don't know about the gluten "trend." Be careful if you make a change.
