    I weighed myself today. I'm down to 189.

    when I started my new job I was 238!

    that is 49 pounds lost in 1.5 years! my blood pressure is regular now. it was high before.

    I know tell me about it.

    the Airport Airlines weight scales top off at 230 pounds. when I first put the scales at XXXX I was like "holy fucking hell!!" I had to go to cargo building to weigh myself, when I saw 108 kilograms I was like FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK!!!
