This is a great photo in and of itself, featuring long shadows in the late afternoon on a beach (with nice shadowing on the sand rivulets on the side away from the sun), waves lapping on the shoreline, low mountainous terrain in the distance, and a few clouds for interest. Thus:

not that I'm condoning anything, just trying put it in perspective, but the difference between how we view someone who's 17 and 18 is purely psychological because of popular beliefs. It's funny how 17 is considered off limits, but the very SECOND they turn 18, it's A-OK when the difference in emotional, mental, and physical state is minimally changed with that individual. Now if we're talking about 16 and under, that's obvious. I'm just referring to the mere discrepancy in time, like they're supposed to automatically be a grown adult in that split second from 17 to 18.

This is getting absurd. The age of consent in many places is 16 or younger. It's 16 in my State. In the majority of US States it's 16 or 17. In addition, in many places there's a close-in-age exemption, also known as a "Romeo and Juliet law", that allows partners who are close in age, or both under the age of consent, to engage in consensual sex without fear of prosecution. The guy in the pics hardly appears to qualify as a "pedobear" as mentioned in one post. Sex is not something terrible. It's natural, and amazing, and beautiful. Treating anyone as an object, and not a person, is terrible.

 

You, like others on here don't seem to get it. It doesn't matter 1 whit of shit WHAT the 'legal' age in your state,. my state or the state of fucking confusion is... The fact of the matter is that there is a debate ongoing about whether any celeb under the age of 18 should be posted on here at all and frankly your opinion doesn't count for jack shit nor does mine, the ONLY opinions that count are the staff/admins and they've repeadtedly warned people about the crass comments about 16 and 17 year old celebs, now if you WANT the celeb forum posting limit to be 18+, by all means defend those comments because that's what is driving them toward the 18+ change in rules. That would be my preference too robo, but that's not the way the debate wind is blowing, the mods aren't looking to examine every single post in a thread, they are looking at taking the path of least resistance and simply raising the age limit to 18+ only, I'm actually not that opposed to it, I don't like censorship in any form, however so I'm making it my mission to try and post a warning in new threads with sub-18yo celebs so that it might penetrate the thick skulls of those who just have to be crass.
