    that sucks.....line at early voting for me....about 15 to 20 minutes in line....next Tuesday should be even worse...and I did it at about 2PM which should have been an off peak time.

    HC was on earlier from work.....his home is without power and work is on a generator....

    We were surely spared. Didn't quite get 3" of rain from Sat PM till Today. A bit cloudy cool and breezy. I did see the sun peek out a time or two.

    Hard to say. Weather wise, after landfall, storms tend to dissipate. The worst for those affected will be assessing and repairing. Just waiting to get necessities alone will take a toll on many. My heart goes out to them all. I've been there and even more prepared than I'll assume most folks were.

    oh man I am full. boiled caribou meat, real mashed potatoes. the caribou meat was still on the bones. the batik (bone marrow) was cooked perfectly. so yummy! feel much better.
