    The younger sister on Arrow is Willa Holland, previously best known as Mischa Barton's younger sister on the last couple seasons of The OC.

    thanks; i used to watch the OC - that's where Olivia Wilde started out as well - playing a lesbian after Mischa's heart. i didn't remember Willa on it though... i looked up the Arrow cast right after this so i could verify the younger sister's age cause i wasn't sure how young this "sister" was in real life was - as she's playing a 17 year old in the show. she's certainly been very worthy of a :wank:ing just like Katie has been, but now that i know she's actually 21 - i dont feel quite as bad about giving Willa a weekly. :)
