    I messed it up years ago playing racquetball and apparently it is now taking its revenge.....it hates to be vibrated....shoving limbs into my chipper/shredder and running chainsaws really piss it off. :dunno: I ain't stopping what I do, so I guess it is going to be painful for sometime......just part of a body wearing out I guess.

    It is calcium build up that rubs on a nerve.....very debilitating....when it is really bad, I can rotate my hand in a certain way that caused a severe shooting pain up and down my entire arm....I tend to drop things when that happens....like, I lose control of that arm and hand. I had to give up racquetball as it got so bad I could not use a keyboard.....so it was either give up the game or starve...:lol:
