    A little sore and stiff today.....chipping subjects the hands and arms to a lot of vibration.....and hauling logs can fatigue all the muscles in the old body....so did no yard work today....have just been preparing for my trip tomorrow.

    I probably did not take any alleve last night......I could not remember if I did, so I did not take any to avoid an over dose. The entire bod was sore and stiff this morning and the elbow was hurting, so I took my usual three tablets......that calms the elbow down quite a bit as long as I do not use it much or strenuously.....I will probably be taking alleve morning and night for the next few days.

    I couldn't get to sleep - i think because of the inside humidity and weather - finally got to sleep but didn't get more than 6 or 7 hours. I was shooting for 9 hours last night.
