Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     When I had my back spasm problem, having never had any back problems before, I went to one of those emergency walk in places. The doc gave me a prescription for a "muscle relaxant" but he told me that it really does not relax the muscles, but rather just makes you sleepy. He offered pain killers, but I refused as I do not tolerate them "little boys" very well.....and he would not prescribe any "big boys" for me.

    Do you have a heating pad PM? If so, I would lay on that as much as possible and keep doing the easy stretching.

    Fairly good day here PM.....did some much needed house cleaning. Day started out with a clear blue sky and nice temps, but then got rather warm....about 79F....by late afternoon the clouds and winds began to move in.

    I was going to relax but the plane is a little delayed so now I have to wait to go refuel it now pm.
