    oh trust me, Lisa is the whole reason I am doing this Thore. I want her to know and I have told her already that this time, I really have quit drinking. we both have quit and it will be much easier for us to be together when we are both sober.

    Inuk, I think that more than making it easier, it will make it possible. And, looking on the practical side, look as all the $ you will be saving! Besides, you will need that money for diapers! :rofl:

    When I cook bacon, I cook 2 to 3 pounds at a time, then store what I don't use in the refrigerator. I cook it on a George Foreman grill and clean up is a bit time consuming and that is why I tend to cook bacon in bulk. ;)

    It keeps for at least a month....I have two pieces in there now. It is nice having it available for immediate use, such as with breakfast eggs or sandwiches.

    If you are worried about it going bad, then freeze most or part of it.....then just take it out of the freezer, wrap it up in a paper towel, and warm it up in the microwave. ;)
